Please read all the information posted on the Hostpix Server website. Upon completion of the registration  procedure, you, the customer, agree that you have read and understand all policies and agree to abide by our policies just as if a contract was signed.  For any questions contact us at retha@hostpix.com

Terms of Service Agreement - Please Read

• You, the customer, also agree that you are responsible for the use of your account at all times.  Any charges accrued or changes made to your images via your account will be your responsibility.

• You, the customer, agree to be responsible for your user ID and password and you further agree not to hold Auctionpix Image Hosting, Hostpix Image Server or any of their employees liable for any misuse of said user ID and password at any time.

• Auctionpix Image Hosting & Hostpix Image Server will not be held liable in any way, shape, or form, for any earnings or potential earnings lost by our customers caused by system failure, script failure, data loss or cancellation of accounts.  We highly recommend you keep a copy of all images uploaded to our server on your computer until you are satisfied you no longer need them.

• Auctionpix.Image Hosting & Hostpix Image Server will not and cannot be held liable for merchandise or services used or purchased through 3rd party advertisements on our website.

• You, the customer, agree to the fact that Auctionpix Image Hosting & Hostpix Image Server will not be held monetarily liable by you for any or all auctions which close without an image at any time.  Auctionpix Image Hosting & Hostpix Image Server will not be responsible for typos or incorrect entries in the Gallery, eBay Motors, or any selling forms on any auctions including eBay. If an image is not working please contact us before the close of the auction.  Double check the URLS to make sure they are correct.

• At various times Auctionpix Image Hosting & Hostpix Image Server may send out mass mailings in order to update our entire client base on any system changes, payment changes or price increases.

• No refunds - No exceptions.

Acceptable Image Formats

• Hostpix Image Hosting accepts images in the JPEG, JPG, or GIF format only.

• For .bmp .psd .tif or any other image format, please convert the images using your software to .jpg or .gif
