February 1 2012: I've backed up all pictures for the past year up to February 1 2012 @ 12:30 pm and will from this point on do a backup of the previous month on the same day that I sent out statements.  This way if you need one from the past and don't have it or have deleted it chances are I may have it on my backup system.  Just email me at the address below with the date & picture name.  If I have it I'll email it to you so you can set it up again.  Other than that, not much going on in my life nowdays...settling into the fact I'm divorced and that's been tougher than anything I ever dreamed of but I'm making it day to day.  Hope your sales are great and thank you for staying with me.  Dave

My email address is: billing@hostpix.com

Picture Naming Guidelines:

1. When naming your images, keep the name short, only you will see it.  Long names only create problems because of the possibility of typo's and/or problems with the server not reading every character.  Two to 15 characters are the norm - any number of characters in a picture name over that is almost useless and may cause problems for browsers.

2. Use all lowercase letters, saves many headaches.

3. Don't use any characters like # $ % ^ & * _ @ which can prevent pictures from loading and never have an underscore _ in the name. Many browsers will not recognize it as a picture file. If you really need two words use one dash - only.
